Nel complesso un buon soggiorno ma ho prenotato una camera con letto matrimoniale e c'erano letti separati (assurdo). Poi mi è stata data una camera comunicante e non era lo stesso comfort. Grandi problemi (alla prenotazione) con la carta di credito risolti dopo aver esortato più volte il personale a contattare i vostri istituti bancari. Organizzazione da rivedere.

Breakfast room capacity quite deficient. Need more staff to attend all guests, when the hotel is full. Beverages at breakfast not very good.

1. Front staff need a little more training on the following : a) Service with a smile. Seemed very stern at times. b) Less casual attitude - the lady in the morning made multiple mistakes in reservations and just laughed c) Better management of customer needs. The computer keyboard did not work and the person on reception just suggested to restart it without bothering to look. After restart also it did not work and it did not bother the person at all. d) We were to leave early on the morning and per note in the room asked if we can get something to eat in morning. It was mentioned that there should be someone in the morning in the morning - just ask them. In the morning, the person told us there is a machine for coffee only - we will have to go get it. Some of the good aspects: 1. Very nicely organized information for going to Venice. Availability of bus tickets 2. Modern and new facility 3. Availability of shuttle to airport (complimentary would help though - or at least group rate for families rather than per person).

Io e il mio ragazzo ci siamo trovati benissimo! La camera era pulita e confortevole.La gentilezza dello staff è lodevole, complimenti! Sicuramente da consigliare, noi al più presto torneremo!

Abbiamo letto il suo questionario e siamo rimasti molto dispiaciuti per quanto le è accaduto. Abbiamo discusso con i responsabili del reparto di pulizia delle camere con l'obiettivo di evitare che si ripetano episodi di questo genere. Ci spiace che lei non abbia esposto i problemi direttamente al ricevimento, sicuramente avremmo fatto del nostro meglio per risolverli o per poterla accomodare in un’altra camera. Sperando che ci possa dare un’altra occasione per potere dimostrare la nostra professionalità e la cura che dedichiamo ogni giorno ai nostri ospiti, La salutiamo cordialmente.

Everything was Gold, Service in bar can be developed, man behind The bar Has To make all Drinks, the other man was Not so busy and interested in Business, bar man was super, girl in the Service, too.

Unfortunately my wife and myself just stayed there for two nights, because I really would like to use Quid Hotel as "headquarter" in order to visit other italian cities surround Venice...maybe next time!!!

I find the hotel to be very modern with efficient use of energy saving intiatives. I would stay here again. It was better than I expected it to be.
